I want to see my diet. Where is it?

On your Home Screen, click on the icon ” Diet” and you will be shown daily recommended meals.

I want to workout. What should I do?

On your Home Screen, click on the icon” Workout” and you will be shown screen with recommendation of workout type based on your goal. Click recommended workout and just follow instructions.

What is "habits" feature?

Habits is the tool for self-improvement, there you will find the list of most common habits involved in mind and body transformation, and how to change them .

How can I get a refund?

You are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days after your initial purchase. Note that the 14 day money back guarantee does not apply for subscription renewals.

  • Scroll down to “Privacy”.

How do I join the community?

On your home screen, you will find a menu at the top left corner , a “community” button opens your browser where you can create your profile and participate.

What can I do at the community?

You can interact with other users, participate in challenges, find motivation, recipes , recommended books for improvement, news and support and send us suggestions and feedback.

How do I change my profile picture?

You can access your profile by clicking on your avatar on the Home Screen, and change your picture by clicking on the picture in the profile section.

How do I change my profile settings?

You can access your profile by clicking on your avatar on the Home Screen, and change your personal info in the profile section.

How can I change my goal?

You can access your profile by clicking on your avatar on the Home Screen, and change your goal in the profile section.

How can I change my email address?

Click on your avatar on the Home Screen, you will find your email adress field below the picture, click on it to change it and confirm your new email address.

  • Scroll down and select “Privacy”
  • Tap on “Emails”
  • Select the toggle to activate or deactivate your choice of newsletter topics

HABITS FEATURE

How can I pick another habit?

If you have any habit forming in progress, enter the progress screen of the current habit, and at the bottom left click on the ” cancel habit” button. It will stop the current habit and free the spot for another one to take place.

Why can I form only 1 habit at a time?

Forming habits takes away willpower, and trying to change many things in your life at once will leave you overwhelmed and prone to failure. To ensure longterm efficient change, we limited changing habits to one.

DIET FEATURE

I don’t like recommended food. How do I change it?

On the main diet screen where you will find list of meals, just click on meal you want to change, and it will lead you to ” customize meal” screen where you can replace food items and their quantity.

I ate more than recommended amount. What now?

If you ate more amount than recommended , just make sure you type that amount of food at ” customize meal” screen, and algorithm will adjust next meals to keep you on the track.

I don’t have specific food item in my list. How do I add it?

On the main diet screen, you will find menu in the upper right corner, it will give you option to enter custom food following the nutrition label on the food package, or try to import more food from our extensive database with “Add to food menu” , and it will show up in your meal plans.

I want to change number of my meals. How can I do that?

Click on your avatar on the Home Screen, you will find option “Edit details” which allows you to edit your goals, number of workouts and meals , and food types in your plan.

I want to have a shake instead of a meal. Is it possible?

Yes you can always substitute meal for a shake and vice versa. Go to your main diet screen and click on the meal you want to change. On the ” customize meal” screen you have an icon ” Replace meal with shake” which will lead you to “Customize shake” screen to choose your ingredients.

I don’t have kitchen scale . How do I measure food instead?

At the bottom of ” customize meal” screen you will find an icon ” cooking measurements”, It will show you visual amount of the food comparing to hand.

My meal shows me ingredients. How do I use it?

Take a look at ingredients in the plate, enter them into app and set amount based on visual appearance to your hand ( Check the comparison chart by clicking icon ” cooking measurements” at the bottom of ” Customize meal ” screen” ).

I want to change ammount of food in my meal. How do I do that?

At the “customize meal” screen, on the right side of the grocery description, you have it’s quantity. Just click on it and enter the desired value.

I want to add more food types into my diet. How do I do that?

Click on your avatar on the Home Screen, you will find option “Edit details” which allows you to edit your goals, number of workouts and meals , and food types in your plan.

WORKOUT FEATURE

What is functional workout?

Functional workout consists of compound exercises which activate more muscle groups at the same time, thus improving your balance , coordination , strength and endurance.

What is strength workout?

Strength workout increases your strength and tones your muscles with specific set of exercises and resistance. It improves your posture, decreases risk of injuries, and increases lean body weight which in return decreases body fat percentage making you leaner.

Can I do workout without equipment?

Don’t worry, you can have a full body workout without any equipment. Select the functional workout, if you don’t have equipment, just leave unselected fields and we will provide you a workout that requires only a square meter of your space.
